InvitingVase accepts returns on eligible items to support a fair and transparent shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us to request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused or in acceptable resalable condition, and returned with original packaging and all included components where applicable. Returns sent without prior contact and approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Circumstances
A return may be declined if the item shows signs of misuse, intentional damage, abnormal wear, missing parts, incomplete packaging, or if it is returned without prior authorization.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item caused by our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. The exact posting time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
